微波水分測定儀

       微波水分測定儀利用微波場干燥樣品,加速了干燥過程,具有丈量時間短,操縱利便,正確度高、合用范圍廣等特點,合用于糧食、造紙、木材、紡織品和化工產品等的顆粒狀、粉末狀及粘稠性固體試樣中的水分測定,還可應用于石油、煤油及其他液體試樣中的水分測定。微量水分測定儀的校正,將水分測定儀的主機后面板上的電源插座,插入交流220V電源,按下電源開關,此時液晶屏亮。 預熱方式,在使用前必需預熱30分鐘,若環境溫度較低需預熱一小時,經預熱后測定的數據真實有效。 微波水分測定儀,露點水分測定儀操縱簡便,微量水分測定儀儀器不復雜,所測結果一般令人滿足,常用于永久性氣體中微量水分的測定。標定儀器,當微量水分測定儀達到初時平衡點而且比較不亂時,可用純水進行標定。但是有些試驗室的檢修職員對卡爾-費休試劑滴定度標定的含義并不完全清晰,或者是不負責任的惰性,竟然會發生一瓶試劑從開啟使用進行一次滴定度標定以后一直到試劑用完,幾個月時間內的樣品測試始終用一個滴定度的標定值,顯然其中是有較大誤差的;卡爾-費休試劑的滴定度跟著使用時間的延長是逐步變化的,相對于第一天的滴定度誤差也隨之變大。
